Q: When will I receive my order?

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours and arrive within 5-7 business days. We do not ‘hold’ or ‘sit on’ orders for any extended period of time. We ship it as soon as we absolutely can and provide tracking numbers to all of our customers. We also offer several express shipping options if you need it sooner.

Q: What is Powersport Parts return policy?

You have 30 days from the invoice date to request a return. Please email customer service for an RMA number and return address at sales@powersportparts.net

Q: Do you ship to APO addresses?

Absolutely. We ship to APO addresses on a daily basis, however, some items can be oversized and will not be eligible for shipping. We will contact you directly with any issues. Thank you for your service!

Q: How do I know if what I’m ordering is in stock?

Our inventory is dynamic and changes every day. These changes are reflected on the site. If it allows you to add the item to your cart and purchase, we are showing it to be in stock!

At this time, we are only shipping to the lower 48 US States

Q: Can I pickup my item at your facility?

One retail location in Austin, Texas serves as our home office and secondary warehouse. Please note that not all products on our website are available for pickup at our store. Please email sales@powersportparts.net before making the order so we confirm the item is in stock at Powersport Parts Austin Retail location.
